Design Control Committee & Deed Restriction Compliance

Must be received, reviewed & approved prior to any work commencing for the following projects: 

• Exterior Modification to Home & or Lot
• Exterior Painting· Fencing
• Roofing
• New Home Construction 

The DCC Application can be found on the Forms & Docs page.  The DCC will review your request and respond within 30 days. 

 NEAT, CLEAN & ORDERLY:

• All parcels must be kept neat, clean & orderly, as considered by prudent community norms. Grass, trees & shrubbery must be cut and trimmed, weeds must be removed from all planted areas & driveways. 
• Trash containers may be placed at the street the night before pick-up and must be removed the day of pick-up and stored out of sight. 
• Mold, mildew and other discoloration must be removed from siding, driveway, fascia, downspouts, railings, pool cages, etc. Window, door & pool screening must be properly maintained. 

PARKING:

• Only personal transportation vehicles may be parked in the driveway.  Commercial vehicles may be parked in a homeowner’s driveway during hours service is being performed.
• Only two (2) such vehicles may be parked on any property driveway on a regular basis.   We understand at times you have out of town family and guests visiting, if an extended visit is planned, please inform the board to avoid being sent notice. 
• No parking of any vehicle shall be allowed on any common area, lawn, or vacant lot. 
• Street Parking is NOT permitted.
• Recreational vehicles, travel trailers, & motor homes may be parked in a driveway for up to 72 hours for loading & unloading. 
• Utility trailers may be parked in a driveway for up to 48 hours for loading & unloading.
• Trailered boats may be parked in a driveway after 4 PM for use the next day but must be removed by 8 AM.  
• Parking permits may be obtained for periods longer than described above and are located on the Forms & Docs Page. 

The HOA allows pets, but there are restrictions on the number, size, and breed of pets. Please refer to our official policy document for more information. 

• Pets must be kept under control at all times & shall not be housed outside of the home. 
• Kennels are not permitted. 
• Residents shall ensure their pets not cause a disturbance or nuisance to neighbors. 
• Pet owners must remove & dispose of pet droppings from all lots and common areas.
